Oistins Signet Ring

The Oistins Signet takes its name from the fishing town on Barbados's south coast, where the Friday night fish fry has taken place in the same spot for three generations. The motif offered for engraving — a flying fish, Barbados's national symbol — is cut in a clean intaglio line that would function as a wax seal if pressed.

The face is oval, 14mm by 10mm, with flat shoulders and a band that tapers from 5mm at the shank to 3mm at the back. The proportions sit well on a range of hand sizes without looking bulky on a smaller finger or slight on a larger one.

Offered plain or with the flying fish motif. Engraved pairs leave the atelier approximately five working days after plain ones.
